Welcome to my website! I hope that we will soon be working together! I truly love what I do. Whether it's Massage Therapy, Doula care, or tea blends, my heart is in it all the way! When I saw The Sedona School of Massage for the first time on their website from my desk job in Louisiana, my soul lit up and I knew that was the path for me! When I approach the massage table, my energy is soft, my mind is quiet, and I feel this incredible peace rushing through me. I offer this peace to you through healing touch.
My path as a doula began with my own seeming misfortune. The loss of my first pregnancy awakened me to the wonderful system of ayurveda and how to care for the family during the birthing year. I am most fulfilled when I've spent my day in service to parents of a newborn, holding space for rest, bonding, and health.
My mission is to be of service, to ease your pains, to support your healing, and to be a loving light through our journey together!
