Lorna Dufour is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) serving the greater Phoenix area in Arizona. She is originally from Louisiana and was called to study massage therapy at The Sedona School of Massage in Sedona, AZ in the winter program of 2010/2011, giving her over 13 years of experience. During that time, she was also called to birth work and began her journey in learning the art of doula care. Lorna served as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula for over 10 years. Her passion is serving parents during the birthing year through body work and education. This year, Lorna was trained by world renowned Cranio-Sacral Therapist Gary Strauss and soon after received training for infant Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Lorna enjoys writing poetry, making art, and spending time with her loved ones. She currently resides in Tempe, AZ with her 11-year-old son Lucien, and their dog Lola.
